CLASSIC CHAMPAGNE COCKTAIL
For the cognac lovers.
Place 1 white sugar cube in your champagne glass.
Add 3 dashes of Angostura Bitters.
Add 20ml Cognac.
Top with Champagne.
FRENCH 71
Fresh and fruity.
Measure out and pour into your champagne glass:
20ml Gin.
20ml Apple liqueur (from De Kuyper for example).
10ml Lemon juice.
10ml sugar syrup.
Top with Champagne.
Garnish with an apple zest.
PRO-TIP: No champagne? Then pour everything into a highball glass and top it off 50-50 with chardonnay and ginger ale.
KIR ROYAL
Lusciously pink.
Pour 20ml Chambord (or another raspberry liqueur) into your champagne glass.
Top with Champagne.
Garnish with a raspberry or lemon zest
BLACK VELVET
Beer, anyone?
Fill your champagne glass half with champagne
Top the glass with a stout (like Guinness).
Pour this very slowly (idealy with a bar spoon) to create a beautifully layered cocktail!
PIÑA CHAMPALADA(DADADA)

Spread some sugar syrup on a plate, dip the top of your champagne glass into the sugar syrup and then into coconut flakes.
Pour 40ml pineapple juice and 40ml coconut milk into a cocktail shaker and shake vigorously.
Use a fine strainer to pour everything into your champagne glass.
Top off with champagne.
